Hola amigos¡ como están? Quiero compartirles una de mis mascarillas favoritas, un excelente exfoliante facial y también corporal hecho a base de café y aceite de almendras. Son ingredientes 100% naturales, fáciles de conseguir.

Lo que me encanta de esta mascarilla son los beneficios que trae el café como el aceite de almendras. El café revitaliza y rejuvenece la piel, ayuda a retirar las células muertas y limpia la piel a profundidad.
El aceite de almendras ofrece hidratación profunda, ayuda a la producción de colágeno y deja la piel tersa.

What I love about this mask are the benefits of coffee and almond oil. Coffee revitalizes and rejuvenates the skin, helps remove dead skin cells and deeply cleanses the skin.
The almond oil provides deep hydration, aids in collagen production and leaves the skin smooth.

INGREDIENTES

• 1/4 taza de cafe.
• 1/4 taza de aceite de almendras.

** INGREDIENTS **

-1/4 cup coffee.
-1/4 cup almond oil.

🔥ELABORACIÓN🔥 / 🔥CRAFTING🔥

Colocar el café y agregar poco a poco el aceite de almendras.

Add the coffee and add little by little the almond oil.

El exfoliante no puede quedar ni muy húmedo ni muy seco, es importante que vayan presionándolo hacia abajo para que quede compacto.

The scrub should be neither too wet nor too dry, it is important to press it downwards so that it is compact.

Y por ultimo colocamos la mascarilla en el rostro. La dejamos entre 20 o 30 minutos y mientras la retiramos nos vamos dando masajes circulares. Sentí la piel hidratada y se me disminuyeron los puntos negros.

Finally we put the mask on the face. We leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes and while we remove it we massage it in a circular motion. I felt my skin hydrated and my blackheads diminished.

Les comparto esta mascarilla porque es un exfoliante con muchos beneficios. La he utilizado 2 semanas y da resultados rápido. Podemos utilizarla 1 o 2 veces por semana máximo.

I share this mask with you because it is an exfoliant with many benefits. I have used it for 2 weeks and it gives fast results. We can use it 1 or 2 times a week maximum.
