Kalika Mata Temple is one of the most important temples of Chittorgarh in India. Kalika Mata Temple, built between the Padmini Mahal and the Victory Tower, built in the 14th century, is considered to be the main faith center of Chittorgarh. Kalika Mata Temple is dedicated to Kalika Devi Durga.
Built on a platform, this temple reflects the Pratihara architectural style, intricate designs can be seen on the roof, pillars and gates of the temple. The temple is partially in ruins but still stunning its architecture. Kalika Mata Temple is not only a popular religious place, but is also very popular among tourists and art lovers traveling to Chittorgarh.
