I have read and heard of love in several places. Yet, I have not seen what it looks like myself.

I have conflicted thoughts towards the persona because the best kind of love is self-love. Hence, for the individual, in question, to admit not experiencing love raises some red flags. On the other hand, I understand she could be referring to the happily-ever-after fairy tale kind of love, which I think does not exist. There will always be ups and downs, fights, regrets, and several others. However, these tests when passed only makes the love stronger.
