Saludos amigos de la comunidad de GEMS hoy quiero hablarles sobre qué podemos hacer en la cuarentena.
Well, there are an infinite number of things we can do, without forgetting that you must get up early and do your housework as we had done before the quarantine, prepare a delicious breakfast, exercise, wash the dishes, in short you must relax and take it all in stride and if you have a baby share with them in games, running, jumping rope, playing hide and seek that helps them to de-stress and so you as an adult forget a little of the situation we are living.
Pues hay infinidades de cosas que podemos realizar , sin olvidar que debes pararte temprano y hacer tus quehaceres del hogar como veníamos teniendo la rutina antes de la cuarentena, preparar un delicioso desayuno , hacer ejercicios, lavar los platos, en fin debes de relajarte y tomarte todo con calma y si tienes bebé compartir con ellos en juegos, correr , saltar la cuerda, jugar al escondido eso los ayuda a desestresarse y así tú como adulto te olvidas un poco de la situación por la que estamos viviendo.

Te recomiendo no ver tantas noticias eso acelera mucho a las personas la mayoría de las veces son noticias poco agradables y al final no ayuda a nada.

Realiza videos, fotos entre familiares y así puedes compartirlas con tus amigos y seres queridos que por la pandemia no puedes tener cerca.
Todas las personas llevamos un niño por dentro y con nuestras familias que no podemos inventar, a mi hijo mayor le encanta tomarse fotos, videos que más que lo compartan juntos así pueden estar más unidos a sus familiares.

Porque ahora que tenemos estas herramientas no usarlas , sean seres innovadores busquen siempre mejorar y en esta cuarentena te vuelvo a invitar , hacer ejercicios eso ayuda mucho la parte de motricidad y ayuda a mantener la mente ocupada sin pensamientos de maldad ya que al hacer ejercicios estamos liberando endorfinas.
We have a lot to invent for good projects in our lives the quarantine has left us a pretty good reflection because we must be better human beings, not be selfish and help others.
Tenemos mucho que inventar para buenos proyectos en nuestras vidas la cuarentena nos ha dejado un reflexión bastante buena ya que debemos ser mejores seres humanos , no ser egoísta y ayudar al prójimo.
