Hello friends of the great community of GEMS happy and blessed day, I will share a nice "Pepito" I made for dinner with the family.

Hola amigos de la gran comunidad de GEMS feliz y bendecido día, les voy a compartir un rico “Pepito” que hice para cenar en familia.

Today I wanted to treat my family and I went out early to a nearby bakery to make a delicious Pepito.

Hoy quería darle un gusto a mi familia y salí temprano a una panadería cercana para hacer un rico y delicioso Pepito.

Pepito is a bread with lettuces, tomatoes, onions, sauces, chicken, meats among other ingredients you want to add. It is a fairly easy and quick dish to make and in Venezuela it was consumed regularly in the food stands found in the national territory.

El pepito es un pan con lechugas, tomates, Cebolla, salsas, pollo, carnes entre otros ingredientes que desee agregar, es un plato bastante fácil y rápido de hacer y en Venezuela era consumido con regularidad en los puestos de comida que se encuentran en el territorio nacional.

But since we are in a difficult situation and there are no street vendors anywhere I decided to make them myself, the only thing I was missing was the bread and I went to the bakery that is a block away from my house and bought it.

Pero como estamos en una situación difícil y no se encuentran vendedores ambulantes en ningún sitio decidí hacerlos yo mismo, lo único que me faltaba era el pan y fui a la panadería que está a una cuadra de casa y lo compre.

I arrived, took a bath and started to chop all the ingredients for when it will be time for dinner to have a different menu than every day and give us a taste of the oriental with a delicious passion fruit juice.

Llegué me di un baño y me puse a picar todos los ingredientes para cuándo llegará el momento de la cena tener un menú distinto al de todos los día y darnos un gusto a lo oriental junto a un rico jugo de Maracuyá.
