Curious who the big BTC sellers were today?
I stumbled upon a pretty cool way to tell what Miners are doing with their BTC each day
There is a data source on ByteTree that shows what miners are doing with the bitcoin they mine each day.
The website can be seen here:
https://terminal.bytetree.com/bitcoin
Based on the their data, it looks like miners were the big dumpers of the day.
Bitcoin dropped some $300 on news of more Exchange issues and miners look to be major sellers.

Look a that red number down at the bottom there, the one that shows -2,505.
That is how many bitcoin miners sold in the last day.
They have been net sellers over the last week as well as the last 5 weeks as well as the last 12 weeks.
Basically they are always net sellers since they have to pay for their mining costs.
The 2,505 coins dumped in the last day was larger than usual though.
Amazing how traceable these actions are.
