Яблочно-вишневый детокс-смузи
Всем добрейшее утро!
Моя смузи история продолжается и я уже позавтракала вкусным смузи, рецептом которого я сейчас поделюсь.
Ингредиенты:
1 среднее яблоко
Горсть вишни, у меня была замороженная
Шпинат замороженный 2 шайбы
1 стакан растительного молока.
Приготовление:
Яблоко моем, очищаем, режем. Все складываем в чашу блендера.
Вливаем растительное молоко.
Взбиваем 3-4 минуты.
Смузи готов! Приятного аппетита!
