Hola a toda la comunidad, en una publicación anterior vimos los dientes uniradiculares y birradiculares acá les mostraré donde se encuentran los conductos en un diente multiradicular.

Hello to all the community, in a previous publication we saw the uniradicular and biradicular teeth here I will show you where the canals are in a multi-radicular tooth.

Los dientes multiradiculares, son los molares y tienen 3 coductos, en el caso que les presento es una apertura de un molar superior, se realiza en forma de triangulo con base vestibular siendo el conducto palatino el más amplio y los vestibulares más angostos, se realiza la apertura con piedras cilíndricas hasta llegar a la cámara pulpar, luego una redonda hasta localizar los conductos.

The multiradicular teeth are the molars and have 3 canals, in the case I present it is an opening of an upper molar, it is made in the form of a triangle with a vestibular base being the palatal canal the widest and the vestibular ones the narrowest, the opening is made with cylindrical stones until reaching the pulp chamber, then a round one until locating the canals.

En la imagen se observan la localización de los conductos, al hacer la apertura se percibe mal olor por lo gases acumulados y se diagnóstica diente con pulpa necrótica y el traramiento conductoterapia, el diente conserva mucho tejido remanente y el paciente decide continuar con la endodoncia.

The image shows the location of the canals. When the canals are opened, a bad smell is perceived due to the accumulated gases and the tooth is diagnosed with necrotic pulp and root canal therapy, the tooth retains a lot of remaining tissue and the patient decides to continue with the endodontics.
