Today has been a wonderful day for me. In fact we always try to enjoy Fridays a little differently. Since today was our weekly holiday, I took this opportunity to go to our village home in the morning. Then before the evening I came back to the city. I buy some fruits on the way. Because at this time there are a lot of seasonal fruits available in the market. And just as they are delicious, they are also rich in nutrients.

This is not only applicable to our country, but also the variety of seasonal fruits produced in each country is rich in excellent nutritional value. If we can use them properly, they can undoubtedly play a significant role in increasing our physical capacity or our body's resistance to disease. I try to use natural ingredients all the time, because these have relatively high power.

Now everything depends on us. I try to say from time to time that if we are able to understand things well and try to obey them, we will always be able to benefit from all aspects. But if we are not interested in this, then nothing will work for us. Anyway let's see what fruits I bought today-

In our country, everyone knows it as a bell, its demand is highest in summer. However, its other name is - Aegle marmelos. Its juice is a favorite of all for its excellent taste and nutritional value.

Bell relieves constipation and helps with diarrhea. Semi-cooked bell is more effective in diarrhea. Bell's sherbet enhances digestion and is a tonic. Cataracts and irritation of the eyes are relieved by drinking the juice of bell leaves mixed with honey.

It is one of my favorite fruits. It is quite sweet to eat but slightly granular like sand. Here everyone knows it as a Sofeda fruit. But its English name is Sapodilla. As it is rich in fiber, it is considered as a natural medicine.

Eating Sapodilla relieves stress and anxiety. It also contains plenty of vitamins A and C. Regular consumption of this fruit can prevent oral cancer and keep the teeth healthy. It contains anti-inflammatory ingredients that cure corrosive gastric, intestinal inflammation, stomach inflammation, etc. diseases.
