Rice and dried fish sauce for breakfast.

Good morning beautiful Steemians,

This morning I woke up feeling a little weak but I had to pull myself together and I feel much better now. So for breakfast, I decided to make rice and dried fish sauce. Its an easy and delicious delicacy to cook.

INGREDIENTS USED.

• Rice
• Tomatoes
• Pepper
• Onions
• Dried fish
• Salt
• Seasonings
• Vegetable oil

PROCESS FOR DRIED FISH SAUCE.

• The first thing to do is to blend tomatoes, onions and pepper together in a proportion that's comfortable for you. For me, its ration 10:5:2 for tomatoes, pepper and onions.

• After blending, I brought out my other ingredients and I rinsed the dried fish with salt.

• I added Vegetable oil into the pot on low heat.

---

• Once the oil is heated, I poured the blended sauce inside.

---

• I added the dried fish so it will be soften as the sauce cook.

---

• I added seasoning to taste.

---

• I also added salt to taste.

---

• Then I covered it and allowed it to cook. This took around 15mins on average heat.

PROCESS FOR COOKING THE RICE

• I rinsed the rice with clean water.

• Then I poured the rice inside a clean pot, added water and allowed it to cook on average heat.

---

• After 15mins when its boiling, I took it down from heat, sieve out the starchy water and added clean water.

---

• I added salt to taste.

---

• Then I allowed it to cook till all its water dries off. It was cloudy by the time I finished cooking thus I had to use flashlight for the pictures.

• He prefers just vegetable oil on his rice with little fish.
