Northern Gannets (Ink Drawing)
Hello Hivians. I hope you're all having a great day.
I'd like to share this wildlife drawing of Gannets I made today . Gannets are a special kind of ducks that have long pointy and striped beaks which makes them capable of nose-diving into water bodies. Their colour vary from white to cream and they are found by river and sea sides where they feed on insects and little fishes.
I used a black ball-point pen and pelican paper for this drawing.
Here are the steps;
First, I drew the outline of the garnets and added their facial features. I also shaded the dark areas of their face.
Then I shaded them and added some details to both their face and body.
I continued shading until I had a satisfactory result.
Thanks for reading and viewing my drawing. Enjoy the rest of your day.
