When we are in a city like Puebla, we are not surprised by the cultural, colorful, friendly people and colorful streets. But these photographs are very funny because I took them from the roof of the house. Without wanting to, my brother and I had gone upstairs to put something up and we happened to see the parade from above.
Cuando estamos en una ciudad como Puebla, no nos sorprende la cultura, el colorido, la gente amable y las calles coloridas. Pero estas fotografías son muy divertidas porque las tomé desde el techo de la casa. Sin quererlo, mi hermano y yo habíamos subido a poner algo y por casualidad vimos el desfile desde arriba.
The music, the eexplosives, the dancing, all full of joy and I was taking pictures thinking of sharing them in Stemit.
The characters were wearing masks and costumes, adults and children sharing the closing of the carnival tradition.
Finally we shared a while and in the next picture I got a big scare when I detailed the skunk that was part of the costume. Undoubtedly native.
The noise, the music, the coloring. All this is what makes me bring these photographs to the story behind them.
La música, los explosivos, los bailes, todo lleno de alegría y yo estaba tomando fotos pensando en compartirlas en Stemit.
Los personajes llevaban máscaras y disfraces, adultos y niños compartiendo el cierre de la tradición del carnaval.
Finalmente compartimos un rato y en la siguiente foto me llevé un gran susto cuando detallé la mofeta que formaba parte del disfraz. Indudablemente nativo.
El ruido, la música, el colorido. Todo esto es lo que me hace llevar estas fotografías a la historia que hay detrás de ellas.
