Verdaderamente de todos los desafíos de @steemitblog hasta ahora, creo que este, es el mas difícil en el que he considerado participar 😁. Por mi parte, luego de pensarlo un buen rato, he decidido romper una pequeña regla del desafío; me refiero a que no mencionare 3 formas de mejorar mi área local, sino por el contrario tengo previsto hacer un planteamiento generalizado, que pueda brindar soluciones a corto, mediano y largo plazo a las múltiples problemáticas que puedan presentarse.

Truly out of all the @steemitblog challenges so far, I think this is the most difficult I have ever considered participating in 😁. For my part, after thinking about it for a long time, I have decided to break a small rule of challenge; I mean that I will not mention 3 ways to improve my local area, but on the contrary I plan to make a generalized approach, which can provide short, medium and long-term solutions to the multiple problems that may arise.

Primeramente quiero indicar, que actualmente me encuentro viviendo el la Ciudad de Cagua, Estado Aragua, Venezuela. Cuando digo que considero este, el desafío mas difícil; es que por razones obvias, cuando vamos a plantear distintas problemáticas de nuestras comunidades, de antemano y sin pensarlo dos veces tenemos la tendencia de señalar al gobierno Municipal, Estadal o Nacional (Papá Estado), para que se avoque a solucionarlos... Y es cierto, ¿sino para que vamos a unas elecciones y votamos por esas personas?

First of all, I want to indicate that I am currently living in the City of Cagua, Aragua State, Venezuela. When I say that I consider this the most difficult challenge; is that for obvious reasons, when we are going to pose different problems of our communities, beforehand and without thinking twice we have the tendency to point to the Municipal, State or National government (Dad State), to advocate solving them ... AND It is true, but why do we go to an election and vote for those people?

Pero que tal, si vamos un poco mas allá y comenzamos a ver ¿donde queda nuestra responsabilidad como ciudadanos?, ¿estamos dispuestos a asumir nuestras responsabilidades? o ¿pretendemos seguir señalando al Estado?... Por ejemplo: Nuestras calles se encuentran en muy mal estado, ¿Sera que existe algún miembro de la comunidad que sea Ingeniero en Obras Publicas y pueda realizar un proyecto de como pueden ser reparadas? o ¿debemos esperar a que Papá Estado algún día se avoque a hacerlo?

But what if we go a little further and begin to see where is our responsibility as citizens? Are we willing to assume our responsibilities? Or do we intend to continue pointing to the State? ... For example: Our streets are in very bad condition, is it that there is a member of the community who is a Public Works Engineer and can carry out a project on how they can be repaired? Or should we wait for Daddy State to do it someday?

Insisto, mi intención con esta publicación no es despojar de las obligaciones y responsabilidades que tiene cada uno de los gobernantes; pero estoy seguro que si cada uno de nosotros desde su área profesional aporta un granito de arena, podemos construir el país que todos aspiramos... Por mi parte, soy Profesional en el área del Derecho (Abogado) y trato de hacer todo lo humanamente posible junto a muchos colegas de brindar aportes valiosos a los miembros de la comunidad, con la finalidad de que todos asumamos nuestros deberes y obligaciones en el ámbito legal; he incluso ir mas allá.

I insist, my intention with this publication is not to strip the obligations and responsibilities that each of the rulers has; but I am sure that if each one of us from his professional area contributes a grain of sand, we can build the country that we all aspire to ... For my part, I am a Professional in the area of Law (Lawyer) and I try to do everything humanely together with many colleagues, it is possible to provide valuable contributions to members of the community, so that we all assume our duties and obligations in the legal field; I have even go further.
