One of the options that we have when choosing coffee is directly to the street coffee vendors where they directly present us the coffee beans already roasted using a certain percentage of sugar to have that roasted color.
When buying coffee they use a mill to get the coffee powder ready to prepare.
COFFEE POWDER:
This is the final result after using the mill.
Once ground they pack it for their respective sale the smell invades around the stall is captivatingly delicious.
To finish this is what I do best with coffee, a rich oriental breakfast arepa, fried fish and avocado, my cup of coffee can not miss (I can get to have two cups at breakfast).
