On filling the time and the life with too much eating and drinking: The overweight problem!

Try to be slim during life, be healthy, and enjoy your life with many activities, for instance running and cycling. We are the bosses in our lives doing several choices, and we are either free, or we are doing nothing! But the heart is there all time in life!

You and I should not dwell too much with overweight during our lives, because it is hard for the body and the heart. We should have the will of steel of doing something about it, if there is overweight there. And the key core to it, is to live healthy, and doing many activities during a week. And the week can be filled with work, and hence the working week can be like a marathon! We should enjoy it, and we can use of thoughts as good as we can when the marathon is over. But the pleasure with running and cycling and much sport is that we are thinking quickly, and that we can take decisions in some seconds, rather than going to organizations using years!

We should not eat too much too often, and we should not drink too unhealthy! We can eat 3 to 4 to 5 times a day, but we should not eat too much every time. Instead, research on nutrition constantly show us, that a healthy life style is much better than an unhealthy ones, and this is due to the fact that overweight can cause trouble for your heart because the load becomes too great. But it is really a good habit, of all the habits we can find on earth, to enjoy the food and the life. And we cannot live without food, because we cannot live in the long run with hunger.

So, take a look on your body from time to time, and decide yourself if you should do something about the weight or not. Overweight is mainly due to laziness. This means that you can do something about what you take into your mouth, and which activities you have during a day. And think that your body can be agile, slim and attractive, and do what you want in life to reach the goals you want to accomplish! The problems with our bodies, are something we are doing ourselves when not taking sufficiently care of what we have, and what we can do. Try to do the best out of it, and overweight is not always due to your life style, but it has also something to do with your genes and your family. Has there been a tradition for having too much to carry in the body of the family? But think that you can change it, and that you determine how much you will be a problem with overweight or not!

Compared with persons with normal weight, persons with overweight or obesity, have higher risk for heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure and diabetes. And in addition to that, you can get a number of other chronic diseases and different types of cancer. If you have a normal weight, is it good for your health that you manage to keep the weight. In life, there is always good to have a balance of things, and when we are getting imbalance on something, we are brought into trouble. So, be a sensible citizen and enjoy your life in all ways.

The weight is the same as many other variables. You can have too much of it, you can have too little of it, or you can be normal. Try always to enjoy life, and be careful with what you are taken into your mouth, but there should be some exceptions sometimes. Be careful with what you eat, and do not eat too many burgers! Try to eat dishes that are healthy, and be not too much unhealthy in your life, otherwise you get trouble. You weight is mainly determined by intake and combustion! So, you should not think about the weight all time, but try to get an attractive outlook with your body, and many humans appreciate that! We are forced to do training during a week, if we want changes in the weight, and that is the hard way! There are also diets and some other methods to reduce the weight, but the best way is to do it through nutrition and training! And you can coach yourself and other people with motivation for just doing that!
