Loyalty: How to know if someone is truly loyal

Hello wonderful community of steemit, the subject to touch today is really deep and wonderful. Knowing how to read people is not easy at all but it is a faculty that we can develop.

Loyalty is defined as constancy and commitment towards another person, in addition loyalty is a synonym of respect between agreements that may or may not be explicit. But...
How do you know that someone is loyal?

1. Keeps promises: When they have a commitment, they find no excuses for not doing it and on the contrary they commit themselves to the fullest to carry out the task they have promised to do.
2 It is in good times and bad: A person who is by your side in the worst moments is someone who will be there when you need it. Do not hesitate to give your full confidence to these types of people.
3. There are no secrets: There is complete trust given by both parties that generates the tranquility that they can say and feel what they want without being judged, where there is truth there is loyalty.
