Best chicken ramen ever!

Hello, friends especially foodies!
Today i needed to go to the mall cause my eyeglasses finally finished (i was waiting for a month to get this finished) so before went to the eyewear shop, i took mom to have dinner in one of our favorite place to enjoy Japanese ramen. The foodstall where we bought was located on Foodprint, a foodcourt at 5th floor Grand Indonesia Shopping Center.

Here how the food stall looked like

We came there before 12 so there weren't many customers and i only needed to wait for a family before us. Looked what happened next, many queued up to buy food here...

The menu they had

They put their menu on the wall behind their table and also on their table.
This food stall had a special dish, japanese ramen from nagoya. They had it in some combinations. The newest menu here was the chilli tomato ramen which was spicy.

We ordered our favorite and paid it, i had bought a 100 IDR voucher on an online app so each of us got 17k IDR off for our food here, the condition that each payment costed 40K IDR. So we bought for a special ramen for 40K IDR with mom's account, and with my account a special ramen with free flow ocha which only costed 45K IDR. So for the lunch and a glass of ocha we actually only paid 85K + 200 - (2x17K) = 3.58 USD. Really affordable! After you paid, you would get a pager which would beep if your food already finished and it was your time to take it in the foodstall.

While waiting, i took a photo of some tables at its' front.

This food court was clean and neat, so you didn't have to worry about the hygienic. They had some workers who cleaned all the tables regularly, right after customers finished their dine in.

We only needed to wait for around 10-15 minutes and the pager rang. I took a photo of mom when she took the free flow ocha and also her bowl of ramen. The cashier explained mom that she could get free flow ocha, the cashier was nice and he often saw me before.

The Taste

The Nagoya ramen had special flavour. We chose the special ramen which means we got extra chicken slices :9.
The ramen noodle was so tasty, it had a perfect texture, not too soft nor hard. It had savory flavour. The soup of nagoya ramen was also tasty and delicious. Plus it had egg too, really irresistibly tasty. Really perfect!

The chicken slices were special too. With special ingredients they cooked it well, soft and smell so good. I dunno how they made it but it was so authentic and tasty. The flavour was sweet, so it was totally delicious ate with the ramen noodle.
