Drug Addiction To 2,000 crores -Success Stories

This person, who was ruined by drug addiction, had an idea in his dream made the owner of 2,000 crores.

It is said that dreams definitely come true, just that passion, should be in you. But can anyone come up with an idea in the dream to own a company worth 2000 crores? If you think this is impossible then you are wrong because America's Michael James Lindell transformed the dream idea into a company of crores and became the 'Pillow King' of the world.

Mike Lindell was born in Mankato, Minnesota, USA. But his life was spent in a city called Chaska.

Mike often had trouble sleeping, as he did not like his pillow. Due to a lack of a comfortable pillow, his sleep could not be completed. One night while sleeping, his sleep suddenly broke and he wrote 'MyPillow' in every corner of his house. And this is where his business started.

Mike thought that when he has so much trouble with this little thing, then there will definitely be more such people. Then, he did the passion to make a comfortable pillow for everyone to come on his head. And today the whole world knows him as 'Pillow King'.

In fact, it is not as easy as it sounds. Mike's life had many ups and downs before the success of 'MyPillow' Company. There was a time when Lindell used to work a couple of jobs to meet his education. He felt that he is wasting his time in studies. So he left college to join the job, but one day he quarreled with the manager and was thrown out of his job. This dishonor created the urge to create a place of his own in him.

After being laid off, Lindell succumbed to many businesses. He tries his hand at carpet cleaning business to pig farming, but not got success and even his remaining earnings were drowned. Then he started a job as a bartender at one time and here he got addicted to drugs.

During his job at the bar, Lindell got kicked up by drugs so much that he started living in a nagging condition day and night. Because of this, he got divorced from his wife and lost his house too. After so much wasted, Lindell took about 10 months to return to normal. Lindell last drank at a party in 2009. After that, he said goodbye to cocaine and alcohol forever and put his entire focus on the business. In 2011, a local newspaper published about Lindell's company, and then a store offered him to open his retail store. Due to no money, he took a loan of 15000 dollars from somewhere and opened his first store.

Starting with five employees, the number of employees in the company now increased to 500. His company MyPillow sells about 30 million pillows annually. Their annual turnover has exceeded about 2000 crores.

In addition, he founded the Lindell Foundation for the purpose of social welfare. The platform of the Lindale Foundation can raise voice on all social issues. This guarantees that 100% of the donated money goes directly to those who pay all overhead and administrative costs. Donors can select the person (s) they want to help and contact them directly. In August 2017, the Foundation also worked hard to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey.
