This time... I'm going to review LONE BOATMAN.

LONE BOATMAN ^{(COMMON Life Monster)}

Covering the dirtiest work in the land, the Boatmen are an extremely important piece of the Khymian societal machine. They manage the fishing and seafood industry, but also maintain the boats and control all InterSplinter trade. Boatmen are the only Khymians to live consistently outside the mountain walls. Sadly, when Khymeria is attacked by outside forces, the Boatmen are the first to know. They are, however, a physical force to be reckoned with - Source.

In level 1, this card contains 2 ranged attacks, 2 speed, 1 shield & 3 health with "Snipe" ability.
And it needs 5 mana for battling.

Snipe Ability: Targets enemy monsters with ranged, magic, or no attack that are not in the first position.
That means... monster with snipe ability will target opponents monster which is not in the first position.

This card can be combined till max level 10 with 400 cards.
Each level gives different stats such as...

• LVL 1 with 1 card gives 2 ranged attacks, 2 speed, 1 shield & 3 health includes "Snipe" ability.
• LVL 2 with 5 cards gives 2 ranged attacks, 3 speed, 1 shield & 3 health includes "Snipe" ability.
• LVL 3 with 14 cards gives 2 ranged attacks, 3 speed, 1 shield & 4 health includes "Snipe" ability.
• LVL 4 with 30 cards gives 2 ranged attacks, 3 speed, 2 shield & 4 health includes "Snipe" ability.
• LVL 5 with 60 cards gives 2 ranged attacks, 3 speed, 2 shield & 3 health includes "Snipe & Repair" ability.
• LVL 6 with 100 cards gives 2 ranged attacks, 3 speed, 2 shield & 4 health includes "Snipe & Repair" ability.
• LVL 7 with 150 cards gives 2 ranged attacks, 4 speed, 2 shield & 4 health includes "Snipe & Repair" ability.
• LVL 8 with 220 cards gives 3 ranged attacks, 4 speed, 2 shield & 3 health includes "Snipe & Repair" ability.
• LVL 9 with 300 cards gives 3 ranged attacks, 4 speed, 2 shield & 4 health includes "Snipe & Repair" ability.
• LVL 10 with 400 cards gives 3 ranged attacks, 4 speed, 2 shield & 4 health includes "Snipe, Repair & Shatter" ability.

I already had some of this card but I don't think I did a battle with it before.
Today, while I was looking for a cool card in the market... I had eyes on it and I knew it can be a great asset for life splinter.

From the graphics, it's more like the Sinbad from the Arabian nights (Television Program).

So... I bought some cards and made it level 3.

My Lone Boatman in level 3 offers me 2 ranged attacks, 3 speed, 1 shield & 4 health with "Snipe" ability.
After I bought and leveled this card up, I tried this card for some battle.

I tried more than one battle actually.
I lost most of the battles not... not because of this card actually.
I'm in Diamond 1 league so it's hard to win in every battle.

But at last I won in one which I'm gonna share below.

A Brief Info About The Match

The battles mana cap was 42 with "Equalizer & Lost Legendaries" Rules.
Both of us used life splinter in this battle.

My lineup

I had my Goblin Mech in level 6, Prismatic Energy in level 6, Peacebringer in level 6, Evangelist in level 3, Air Elemental in level 4 & Lone Boatman in level 3.
It was my setup.

And my opponent had his cards as Goblin Mech in level 5, Silvershield Knight (Gold) in level 4, Silvershiel Assassin in level 3, Prismatic Energy in level 1, Divine Healer (Gold) in level 4 & Peacebringer (Gold) in level 3.

I'm happy to say that I won this battle.

So my Lone Boatman survived with some more monsters.
It's ranged attack with snipe ability seemed cool.
It lost some life very fast for opponents double striker.
But then it could survive till the end with only 1 life.
