Indonesian Street Food to Remember: Padangnase Satay (Sate Padang)
Padangnase Satay (Sate Padang) is a type of satay that is very popular in Indonesia and is not only available in the "Padang" the origin area.
Because it is very popular, Padangnase Satay (Sate Padang) is available in various regions in Indonesia although it is likely the taste will be different from the original recipe.
Padangnase Satay (Sate Padang) is one of my favorite street food for dinner.
So I bought Padangnase Satay (Sate Padang) in a small stall Sate Ajo
Padangnase Satay (Sate Padang) is always sold in a small stall on the side of the road.
This is chicken satay which is burned before serving. Then it will be served with 'rice cake' and a thick sauce similar to curry.
Then I brought it home and was ready to enjoy it.
