Creating a Strong Taste with Curry Seasoning
One reason why people don't like the taste of vegetables is because there is no great taste and they say they eat grass. But that's actually not right.
Seasoning from spices can be used as a solution to provide a delicious and strong taste and eliminate suggestions about 'eating grass'.
Curry seasoning is one of my favorite ingredients with an aroma that makes me fall in love.
Apply curry seasoning with plant-based milk and mixed with various types of vegetables.
I usually mix curry spices into dishes such as cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, and tofu.
This is a plate of pure pleasure from plant-based meal.
Ingredients for mashed curry seasoning:
- Small Red Onion, 10 cloves
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Red chilies - 6 pieces (optional)
- Ginger, 1 finger segment
- Turmeric, 2 finger segments
- Coriander, 1 tsp
- Cumin, 1 tsp
- The candlenut, 3 items
Addition of spices to the dish
- cinnamon
- basil
You can make your own version of curry seasoning. And for plant-based milk, I use coconut milk because of its abundant supply of coconut milk.
