Coconut Sugar Pudding Recipe. Super Simple!

Making super simple puddings can be a wonderful and healthy dessert choice.

In this recipe I use vegan gelatin powder, also known as AGAR AGAR powder.

In order to be known as a delicious dessert with a chewy texture and promoted to maintain digestive health because it is rich in fiber.

How to make it is of course quite easy because we just mix all the ingredients together, (except coconut milk and toppings).

So this time I will share the Coconut Sugar Pudding recipe.

Ingredients

• 1 sachet of agar/jelly powder (about 7 grams)
• 600 ml of water
• 150 grams of coconut sugar, finely chopped
• 10 grams of sugar
• 200 ml of coconut milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to make

• Step 1
  

Mix all ingredients, except coconut milk in a pan

• Step 2
  Then cook while continuing to stir until it boils.

• Step 3
  

After boiling, add coconut milk while continuing to stir until simmer.

• Step 4

Remove and transfer the mixture to the pudding into the mold.

• Step 5
  Wait for it to cool, then store it in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

What a beautiful dessert! Coconut sugar pudding is sweet and has a cute appearance.

Use molds that have shapes that kids like if the pudding want to be served to your kids.
