Fresh start

We are all troubled and blessed in our lives, hopefully more of the latter of course, however tribulations visit us from time to time. Life is longer than a day, however at the end of each one, each day, we have the opportunity to choose...Not what tomorrow may be or bring, but how we ourselves approach it.

I'm a firm advocate of reward for effort in most things, and certainly in life-outcomes...How can we expect reward if we have not exerted any effort first?

It's in adversity when we find our true selves and what we are capable of and I think the ending of a day is a great time to reflect on what was, think about what may be and reset our mindset and attitude with the view to a fresh start.
