How to Make the Most Delicious Meatballs with Potatoes and Cheddar at Home?

Today I will tell you how to make delicious meatballs made with potatoes and cheddar. You may not have prepared a meatball prepared with potatoes and cheddar before. I like to prepare different types of meatballs and I want to show that they are preparing delicious meatballs, not only chicken and beef. Today, I prepared this meatball using only two main ingredients. I can say that it is great both economically and in terms of taste. Other phases are easy only when shaping and after making the consistency of the inner mortar well.

Ingredients to be Used for this Meatball:

• 4 potatoes

• 150 grams of cheddar

• 1 teaspoon of salt and oil

Making Stages:

First, add 4 potatoes to the pot. Then fill the pot with half the water and boil the potatoes at medium temperature. After the potatoes are boiled, peel them and add them to a plate. Grind the potatoes well using a potato crusher or fork. Then add a teaspoon of salt to the potatoes and mix the potatoes with your hand. Meanwhile, grate 150 grams of cheddar. Take a potato mortar in your hand and give it a round shape. Add the grated cheddar on the potatoes and make it into a more round shape. Do the same process until all the grout is gone. Then add a little oil to the pan and fry the meatballs. Meatball Ready!
