😱 Pizza... ¿Al sarten? / Pizza ... in the frying pan? 😱
Hello friends! Today I will show you how I made this pizza in a frying pan, yes… I made in a frying pan there because my oven is not working and I planned to make it in the microwave and guess what? One day before buying the pizza ingredients my microwave exploded hahaha, so I had to improvise since I really wanted to eat pizza and it is also my first time making it, so I found out a little online and discovered that you could make pizza there.

Y para el relleno ya eso es a gusto de cada quien yo en este caso utilice:
- Queso mozzarella
- Queso amarillo
- Jamón
- Pasta de tomate
- Pimentón
- Maíz
- mortadela
Usé mortadela ya que no conseguí peperonni.
The ingredients that we are going to use for the dough will be:
- Wheat flour
- Salt
- Oil
- milk
- Water
And for the filling, that is everyone's taste in this case used:
- Mozzarella cheese
- Yellow cheese
- Ham
- Tomato paste
- Peppers
- Corn
- mortadella
I Use Mortadella because I didn't found pepperoni.
The first thing I did was mix a cup of wheat flour, with half a cup of milk, a tablespoon of salt, oil and a little bit of water. Knead them until the dough was light and smooth. That took a long time since the dough was still very tough and I have to had gradually add water to continue kneading it.
Once our dough is ready, we leave it in a resting pot, I leave it for an hour and cover it with a cloth, after that hour the dough will lift a little more.
After that hour we will stretch our dough with a rolling pin, we will stretch it to the thickness we want, I like thin pizza so I stretch it out a lot.
After stretching it, help me with the frying pan to cut out the circular shape and be able to fit it inside without any problem.
As we can see we have some dough left over that we use to make another pizza.
Now we are going to cook, add half a tablespoon of oil to the frying pan and scrub it on all sides and very carefully transfer our dough to the frying pan so that it begins to cook, I put the stove fire as low as I could to let it go cooking little by little, and leave it about 10 minutes before turning it over.
After 10 minutes I turned my pizza and I saw that it was already cooked by that part, so I started to fill it, placing the tomato paste layer first, followed by the yellow cheese and mozzarella cheese.
We are adding the ingredients that we like while continuing to cook underneath, continue with the ham, corn, pepper and mortadella and then cover the pizza and let it cook completely.
After ten more minutes, our pizza is ready! It looks delicious and yes, it is very good, I invite you to prepare it at home since it was very easy the most difficult part was to knead until it was soft but the rest seemed very simple to me also that it does not take many ingredients since the pizzas are not so huge.

Excelente receta, bien elaborada. el sartén puede alcanzar temperaturas de horno. Yo he hecho pastiche y tortas en la vaporear, que también sirve.
