¡Saludos y feliz dia para todos amigos! Esta cuarentena me está haciendo ganar muchos kilos de más, enserio! Cada día veo cosas más ricas por internet y me provoca hacerlo yo también, no me importa engordar un poco de hecho yo antes era una persona algo obesa jaja pero estoy aprovechando ahorita de darme ciertos gustos, el día de hoy les presentare principalmente como hice estos ricos perros calientes, inspirados en mi amiga @josehany la cual también anteriormente nos compartió una receta de una marquesa de chocolate y también hice mi propia marquesa guiándome por sus instrucciones en el post (ya que nunca había hecho una marquesa de chocolate) y me quedo muy buena!

This quarantine is making me gain many extra kilos, seriously! Every day I see richer things on the internet and it causes me to do it too, I do not mind getting a little fat in fact, before I was a somewhat obese person haha but I am taking advantage of giving me certain tastes right now, today I will present mainly how I made these rich hot dogs, inspired by my friend @josehany who also previously shared a recipe for a chocolate marquise here and I also made my own marquise guided by her instructions in the post (since I had never made a chocolate marquise) and I stay very good!

Los ingredientes que usé para estos riquísimos perros calientes fueron:

Pan
Salchicha
Queso
1 aguacate
1 papa
1 cebolla
Mostaza
Salsa de tomate
Mayonesa

The ingredients that I used for these delicious hot dogs were:

Bread
Sausage
Cheese
1 avocado
1 potato
1 onion
mustard
Ketchup
Mayonnaise

Lo primero que hice fue cortar las cebollas ya que eso me lleva más tiempo (odio cortar cebollas) las pique en cuadritos pequeños y las deje aparte para cuando las necesitara.

The first thing I did was cut the onions as that takes longer (I hate cutting onions) chop them into small squares and set them aside for when I needed them.

Ahora en una olla puse agua metí las salchichas y deje que se cocieran un rato.

Now in a pot I put water I put the sausages and let them cook for a while.

Al mismo tiempo pique las papas y las puse a freír, para también agregárselo a el perro caliente.

At the same time chop the potatoes and fry them, to also add it to the hot dog.

En una taza aparte prepare salsa rosada, usando mayonesa y la salsa de tomate las fui mezclando hasta que estuvieran completamente disueltos.

In a separate cup prepare pink sauce, using mayonnaise and the tomato sauce I was mixing them until they were completely dissolved.

Puse a calentar el pan encima del agua hervida de las salchichas con el vapor que salían de ellas coloque un colador encima y ahí puse el pan, se fue ablandando poco a poco , una vez listo empecé a rellenar mis perros calientes.

I put the bread on top of the boiled water of the sausages with the steam that came out of them place a strainer on top and there I put the bread, it gradually softened, once ready I started to fill my hot dogs.

Rellenar los perros calientes depende del gusto de cada quien yo quería que llevara aguacate porque me encanta como sabe todo esto junto es delicioso, primero coloque la salchicha después la mostaza luego la salsa rosada el siguiente fue el aguacate, papas, queso y la cebolla.

Filling the hot dogs depends on the taste of each one I wanted to bring avocado because I love how it tastes all together, it is delicious, first place the sausage then the mustard then the pink sauce the next was the avocado, potatoes, cheese and onion.

Y así quedaron listos nuestros perros calientes! Quedaron buenísimos los disfrute bastante.

And so our hot dogs were ready! They were very good, I enjoyed them a lot.

Pero… necesitaba algo dulce también así que como les mencione también recree la marquesa de chocolate de mi amiga, tenía años sin comer esta delicia y jamás la había preparado quedo exquisita me la comí en menos de 24 horas no pude tomarle foto a la marquesa completa pero créanme era ENORME.

But ... I needed something sweet too, so as I mentioned I also recreated my friend's chocolate marquise, I had years without eating this delicacy and I had never prepared it, it was delicious, I ate it in less than 24 hours I could not take a photo of the complete marquise but believe me it was HUGE.
