▶ For those who are interested in starting a diet rich in vitamin D, it is important to know that among the plants that contain vitamin D are sweet potato, parchita, melon, and pumpkin.

For vegetarians, a vital fact is that they can consume Solanum tuberosum (potato) leaves, as they have been found to be rich in vitamin D.
