Good day all I'm super excited and believe we all are happy as well, i wsh to share and contribute on this matter that is related to human being and mental health i sincerely believes my opinions will be valid and of great important.
What does it mean to worry and is it bad to do so?

Worry is a state or condition of being physically emotionally psychologically unstable and uncomfortable over a particular problem, it also a a discomfort in the mental health of an individual worries made someone unhappy ungrateful and destabilize, it makes someone ungrateful even upon enough reason to be extremely grateful, worries has detrimental effect on human being as it will render you restless at all means ranging health wise even to your mental state, worry is the state of being anxious and troubled over actual or potential problem. Worries cause mental unstablity, distress, and ruts.
So therefore seeing of this feature, that accompany worries it's therefore very bad and has devasting effect as it can cause mental decline. mental health should be consider priority, when an individual is worry it lack eating apeptitde such individual will not be strong enough to carry out daily challenge. Ungrateful individual is a worried human despite all this available blessed resources that should make someone grateful.
When they is a problem that is bigger than you to accomplish we tend to over stress ourselves and what that is done it creates more rooms for worries as an individual we should learn to accept thing that is above our will, this will ease stress, worries and discomfort.

Does worry solve problems? If yes, why? If no, why?

Worry does not slove any problem but rather give us a room to be more discomfortable with life and at some point that discomfort will trigger us to be depressed thereby creating more problems to oneself.
Also they is how we worried to some point it give us enough charisma to venture into something that might look tuff and stronger than us, any give us a lift of those worries at some point we success and win and at some point we aren't successful and keep placing us in a more worried state.
At another angle is dependent on how focus we are to our worries if you are just worries without taking any action you will remain in that point but if you are worries back it up with suitable action require, will land well
Worries with good action will yield positive response or results but worries without any action will keep placing us in an unhealthy state, which will be devasting to our well being..

Highlight 3 causes of worrying and 3 consequences of worrying?

they are numerous causes of worrying but i will highlight some here.

  1. when someone lost his job it's cause worries, when you lack access to something or someone important to you it cause worries be it sickness travel or off from job.
  2. when one is exhausted, feeling under pressure to deliver a particular task such as studying or in the office.
  3. when one is unable to provide for him or herself and even his family it trigger worries especially when you are querry from your workplace or set off from work.
Consequences of worrying
  1. It reduces ones health abd well being.
  2. It cause mental instability and lead to serious issue that may lead to a very detrimental condition.
  3. it cause lost of mind
Solutions to avoid worrying too much
  1. Make happiness your birth right and don't overstress yourself especially on situations you can't control.
  2. seek a therapist or counselor to discuss your problem with
  3. learn and practice how to take a mindful relaxation breath.
  4. learn to let go of something that is beyond your ability to control.
