Life hacks are ways, techniques, or processes that are taken to make life easier for an Individual. It is also another means to improvise by doing something that would ease one's stress.

One cannot fully live without improvising on certain things. I improvise as often as I can to make life easier for myself because when I need something and if it isn't available at the moment, I would have to look around for an immediate solution to solve the problems.

The life hacks that I would be discussing are kitchen hacks that make life easier for an individual without stressing themselves.

The life hacks include:

• If you don't have a kitchen hanger for spoons and pots, you can improvise by putting up nails to hold the pots and spoon.

• A beautiful way to recycle your plastic takeaways or ice cream containers is to use them as containers for storing perishable foods in the fridge/freezer.

• You don't have to dispose of your bottled water cans, you can reuse them for storing cold water.

• If you have breakables/ ceramic plates and don't know how to store them. You can keep your plates in good condition by placing newspapers or the back of the carton to preserve the plates.

• If you have leftover stew and don't know what to do with it. Prepare an impromptu jollof rice with the remaining stew.

• If you open food bags like beverages (milk, chocolate, cornflakes, Golden morn, etc). You can easily store them without removing them from their bag by holding them together with clothing pegs. This is done by folding the opened mouth together and keeping them in place with the pegs.

Yes, it is just as efficient as the original one and even less expensive. If is also easy to implement without having to go through a long process to getting it done.
