"Contest: My Steemit Goal for 2023."

Before we start any journey in life we need proper planning and guidance on how to go about it but before we will be able to succeed we need to have a set goal after that then we work toward achieving them. Being on this platform is a set goal and since I am here I also have a set goal that I want to achieve before the year runs out.

Before I open my account I had a lot of good things about the platform, because the person that introduced me to the platform took the time to explain everything in detail to me. Since the day I joined, I had numerous goals which I wished I will achieve in due time. Some of these goals are;

• steem promotion: This is one of the goals I have for this year and since the day I joined the platform, I took it upon myself to always promote steem everywhere I go, as I always say. Keeping steemit goodness to myself is selfishness so I see no reason why I should not tell the world about the platform.
• Learning new skills: I so much believe that before the year runs out I will learn another skill in this platform, as days pass by I usually go through people's articles to learn from them and I can say that since I joined the platform I have been learning new things every day.
• Reputation: This year I want to build my reputation as well, I know the importance of having a high reputation in the platform so I have to work hard in other to make sure that my reputation is up to 75.
• Power up: This is another goal that I have set for myself this year, I will try my best to see that I power up my earning because I know that powering up is what makes me grow stronger in the ecosystem also the more power I get the more curation reward I have as well.
• Double dolphin and more: I was able to achieve my first dolphin yesterday, and I wish that I achieve more of it this year. I know it's won't be easy but I will work hard toward achieving it.

My plans are still intact and I have been working toward them as the days pass by. Even though I have offline work but that won't stop me from achieving my set goals for this year. Yesterday at work I was able to sign up a new user at the office I asked him to write his achievement one task and get back to me so that I will guide him well. He wrote the introduction post and send it to me via WhatsApp but when I went through it I told him to make some connections to it so that his work will look more presentable. After implementing the correction he sent it back again then I told him what to do next.

Every one I recruit to steemit I always give them my full attention so that they won't miss it.

Another plan I have is to organize a seminar, but I have not yet gotten a suitable place where I can do that because I am a stranger in the land I am still making my findings in other to come out with a good plan for the steemit seminar.

In conclusion, goal setting is not all about writing them down but theist important part is how to achieve them and I so much believe with hard work and dedication, and prayer one can achieve a set goal. I invite @mjerry @jasminemary and @ishayachris to come and take part in this contest.
