Everyone happy New Month once again, how are we all doing today? hope we're all doing great... To begin with these week's season of My Neighborhood Watch Episode #21, I would love to share with you all areas that I was able to find, base on some current development. So on these note, I was able to discover 'New' areas in my neighborhood. These discoveries were as a result of me escorting my friend back to his own house. And the name of these street is called "Udo Ebong Udo-akang Street".
So beginning with the image above, I discovered that they street has two GP Water Tanks, owned by two different people. These individuals sale these water to people in the neighborhood for money which is ok, but their prices are not the same due to the increase in petroleum price . Of which one is owned by a pastor of a church, and he sales it at the rate of NGN25 naira per 20liters and NGN30 naira per 25liters of rubbers(the single tank behind), but when it comes to the other people ,who are just traders, they sale theirs at the rate of NGN20 naira per 25litres and NGN30 per 30litres. Though I sometimes buy from both parties.

the beginning of the year I didn't know that these was the structure that will be raised on these piece of land. So as it's been displayed in the image above, these is a "One Storey Building" raised on these piece of land. As you can see from the image above the the building is almost completed, from it's fence, to the ground floor, to the second floor, and till the roofing. The bamboo sticks attached or seen in the image above is known as "SHORING". As a quantity surveying student, shoring refers to the act of providing support to a building during construction work on the site to prevent it from collapsing or crashing.

Welding Shop

the image above you can see that this is a Welder's shop. Here many metals are being joint together to produce a finished product, such as; iron gates, iron doors, protectors for windows and doors, bending of iron sheets, bending of iron doors and even repairing of broken metas or joining of rusted doors, wheelbarrows, etc. They owner of these center is quite delligent and dedicated. Though I have once repaired or serviced my broken wheelbarrow in his shop once.
