Building materials have become so expensive... It's a big problem for me. A lot of the furniture in my house is handmade by me. I always tried to save money by making my own furniture. Now even this option is costly compared to previous prices. Replacing windows, doors, fixing the roof, and everything else has become much more expensive. I'm facing a renovation soon, and I guess I should start budgeting now.

That's the reality we live in. Everything has gotten a lot more expensive. But I think you can still find a good balance of price and quality. By the way, if you're planning a big renovation and thinking about replacing doors, I recommend checking out Elegant entry doors https://www.elegantentrydoors.ca/. They're a good company that does custom projects and offers good discounts and promotions from time to time.
