Self motivation is very important for a person it is just like being you own cheerleader.it help a person to overcome obstacles of life and motivate one towards his/her goals of life.

What do you think cause people to lose their motivation in life?

Well i believe that a person lose motivation sometimes due to some situations that come in person life where he/she lose motivation some times repeatedly experiencing failure in life and not learning from mistakes become the reason a person lose self motivation sometimes the discouragement of people or family and lack of support from them cause loss of motivation in person.The most important thing for a person is a support of family.Having trust in one's family believing that they are always there for them motivates person in every situation.comparison
Also i believe sometimes comparison is also a biggest reason that a person lose motivation. Everyone is precious in their own way and have their own qualities which make them different from others.Comparing a person who is struggling and working hard for future with a person who is successful is an example of comparison that leaves a negative effect on a person who is motivated towards his/her own goals and result in demotivation.

Have you ever been discouraged or depressed before?

Yes have been discouraged and depressed before. When i was in college there was a subject of mine which i never liked that subject was imposed on me and i never wanted to study it. It was History.i never showed interest in that subject and in my final exams i was fail in that subject. That was very heartbreaking for me it was for the first time that i got an F grade and i was so depressed and discouraged it was so depressing for me .But i had a second chance to repeat that subject Second time i showed full interest in that subject and learnt from my mistake and kept myself motivated that i can do it and i worked hard day and night and i got A+ grade in that same subject. That is how i handled my failure my situation i learnt from my mistakes and i stayed motivated and always tried to cheer myself up by my own.

Is self motivation a good practice explain?

Exactly it is like becoming your own biggest supporter.It is like setting your own goals and staying motivated towards them The most important thing for a person to succeed in every field of life is self motivation because when a person is self motivated he/she have the energy of dealing with all obstacles that come on the way of his/her success and will stay focused towards his/her goals but when a person is not self motivated and have no motivation he/she will easily lose hope.

On steemit what keeps you motivated?

If i talk about steemit what keep me motivated here is the support that we get and opportunity of sharing my thoughts and ideas here.it Is inspiring to see the engagement and support from fellow steemian and it encourages me to continue creating content and participating in discussion.Also i believe this platform is wonderful opportunity for everyone to show creativity and it is very easy to keep it side by side with studies and jobs it also help me to learn many new things. And i believe that one day steemit will be on the top list.
