It's my pleasure to be participating in this contest by @sahmie. Money as we all know is the root of all evil. But, Could this be true?, and To what extent?. That you will find out when you read my post.

Do I think money is really the root of all evil, or do I think it's more about how people use money that can lead to bad things happening?

Money is not essentially bad, It is a tool that reflects the ideals of its users. The notion that "Money is the root of all evil" is not entirely true. The impact of money is determined by people's attitudes and behaviors toward it. Negative outcomes results from greed and immoral actions. However, money can also be a constructive factor that advances positive contributions to the society. Instead of blaming money for its own sake, first of all see how human choices affect the power of money, which leads to a more balanced perspective. A more positive relationship with money is encouraged by adopting a careful and balanced attitude to financial concerns.

Can I think of any examples where money has actually done some good, like helping people in need or supporting good causes?

Money is can be used to benefit others, in many ways. For example, it can offer food, shelter, and medical assistance to individuals in need. Donations to charities or NGOs help to fund initiatives such as education, healthcare, and disaster assistance. Money-based scholarships can help students achieve their aspirations.

Furthermore, financial contributions can contribute in environmental conservation efforts, thereby protecting our planet. Microfinance projects enable people in developing nations to start businesses and better their lives. Overall, when spent appropriately, money may have a good impact on the lives of individuals in need while also contributing to societal improvement.

How do I personally see money in my own life? Do I think of it as a tool to achieve my goals and create opportunities, or do I have a different way of looking at it?

For me, money is actually a tool to a successful life, we go to school, get a degree, find a job and work. "Why do we do all these"?, it's so that we can make money and provide for our family. You can never hear of any famous poor man, you have to be famous for either owning excess cars, businesses, houses etc and all these mentions, money bought them, money can even buy fame.

I don't even believe that, they are people in the world, that don't have money, yes you might not be able to provide for your 3 square meal, but for the fact that you are still alive, it means you are eating, and for the fact that you are eating atleast once everyday, it means you have money to afford what you eat, So money is a vital tool

Have I ever seen situations where people doing anything for money caused problems or made things unfair?

When people prioritize money over fairness, it often brings about problems. Actions taken solely by the pursuit of wealth can create societal issues. Such behaviors may include:

  • Blood rituals: Most people can do anything for money, they can kill their fellow humans for money, this are people who don't want to labour, they just want to reap.

  • Robbery: Lack of people can push people into becoming robbers, who break into people's house at night and steal from them, at times they also have to kill to get what they want.

  • Betrayal: The love of money, can make one betray his/her friend, the biblical reference of this one is when "Judas betrayed Jesus for 30 pieces of silver.

All these behaviors can lead to an unequal world, some benefit at the expense of others, striking a balance between financial pursuit and fairness is essential.

"In conclusion, Money is not the root of all evil, The love of money and the lack of money is the root of all evil"

I invite @zekanem, @basil20, @paholags to comment on this post and participate in this contest.

Thank you for the invite, you have clearly dissected the topic and done justice to it.
Clearly money is not the root of all evils but the love of money is the root of evils and not just the love of money, the greedy love for it..
I will be dropping my take on this too.

Great, can't wait to read your entry as well

¡Saludos amiga!😊
