Eight years of unfailing love between my parents:8th marriage wedding anniversary

Greetings to members of this community.
This Union starting some years back so on the 28th day of May 2016 they made a promise to each other to spend the rest of your life together. Marriage is not for small children I must say but they have live up to their vow and they are still continuing.

So on the 28 day of May 2024, they celebrated their 8 marriage anniversary 8 years and not 8 days so the party started in the evening. We invited few friends because we did not even plan for it but it came as a surprise to my mother. Yes that is another reason their love is still strong they like surprising each other with gifts and also memorable moment and this was not an exception.

So as a sharp boy when my father bought the cake five plate of prepared cow skin, five fish barbecue drinks and chops. I made sure I arrange the parlor and set the table so that's when my mom come inside she will be surprised because she was not around. Indeed she was surprised and happy. Also @eliany came so as to celebrate with them. Thank you for coming ma. And as you always say marriage is a school of no graduation I will always have that at the front of my mind 😁.

We ate and enjoyed ourselves, and it was time to cut the cake 🍰🎂. We cut the cake and also ate and drank. It was a and will be a day to remember. It may also interest you to know that God is the originator of marriage. So never take marriage for granted and remember @eliany use to say marriage is a school of no graduation 🎓. To my parents may you continue loving each other and also be a shining example who blends love, integrity, tranquility, magnanimity to other young couples.
