I have share traditional and peculiar recipe of SAAG which is well known and favorite one to all #pakistan . It has taken great effort to cook tasty one. I helped with my mother and enjoyed lunch.

Saag is the special vegetarian meal which is grown in Pakistan and India in winter season. This is full of Iron and minerals have effective for our heathy living. It has different varieties of Saag in leaves to cook and enhance it's taste . It serve with Butter, Lassi and Makkai ki Roti. It's papular among in all age groups.

We have taken almost half hour together clean and cut the Saag. Saag was 4kg and spinach was 2kg. Very neatly clean and cut all the leaves of SAAG and spinach with consistency and carefully. They have full of iron which is healthy to create and enhance your blood circulation in Body.
After than we washed three times and put in filter bowl. So that all the remaining water and dust filter through the filter bowl. Wash it must with open water. Because there is so much mud stick with leaves. With carefully washed it well.
Shifted in coming bowls and kept on moderate flame for boiling water and Saag inside the bowls.
When the Saag will half cool then add in green chilli and 3 table spoon salt . Mixed them well and kept on Steam for cooking itself.
After than add in half cup of flour and mashed it well with carefully and consistency. It's taken 10 min to mix. If we mix it well by hands than its taste will enhanced. Next For increasing the taste of SAAG and for final look we done tarka of garlic and ginger in oil. You can also add zira in absence of ginger.
After then add in Saag and mixed it well and steamed it for 5 to 10 min for final completing step. Now it can serve Chapati and dasi ghee add in saag.

Thanks for sharing a good information about your country peculiar delicate, saag as you have said contain iron and also good for the body system as such that is enough for me to prefer a soup if such.

It is such a great wonderful meal and also commonly known as the green or green leaf 🌿 in my traditional away of pronouncing it and the shmystwm and method used in preparation of this soup is so great and nice and I believe any one doing this will always love and enjoy it after preparation.
I think it will be a great honor for me to travail to your environment just to enjoy this subscious meal.
The way you cut the leaf from its stalk and the way you sliced it into chunk is similar to the way we cook efo riro soup in my country. I hope the soup is as delicious as it look.

Sag is really a very popular dish of Pakistan and it is used a lot in Pakistan. It is used mostly in winter in Pakistan. I eat it with great pleasure. Saag is widely cultivated in our area and we happily eat saag throughout the winter. Saag also has many benefits and it is very useful.
Your method of making saag was very good. Seeing this has made my mouth water and my heart is making me want to eat it now but I am sorry where will I eat it now hahaha 🤣🤣.

Wow you shared a nice recipe with us today, I like it a lot. I love to eat vegetables and greens a lot and I find your recipe very tempting and I think it will be very tasty to eat.
I have not seen this type of dish before but I bet it will taste really nice. Well I can say I’ve not tasted a lot of dishes too and seeing this dish for the first time I like it a lot.
Tell me something since you say it’s a vegetarian dish will I like it 😂. Cause I sometimes think food for vegetarians will not have a lot of things in it.
