INTRODUCTION
Hello steemians, I am very delighted to write on the contest post my @steem4Nigeria.
This is really a great contest and I’m also here to write about the contest and the contest is all about
The instability in your country
And also the topics to write about is

Discuss the current state of the country, What are the Various issues that need to be addressed by the government? And Do you think there are better ways things can be done differently for rapid change?

This is a nice contest and I will say all steemians should participate on this particular contest.

Before is start, I will like to talk about what a country is and things that make it a good country and all that.

A country is a nation with its own leaders who manage their own affairs or with its own government living in a defined area or occupying a particular area or territory.
But before a country can be called a country, unless they are able to have a government and also leaders that can manage the affairs of the country.
A country can’t not stand on its own when they don’t have a good leadership.
Most of our African country always suffer due to poor leadership style and all that unlike that develop countries.

More over, when you look at our leadership style here in Africa and you trying comparing it to the western country, hmm it makes feel like crying honestly, is really painful how our government and leaders treat we the followers.
Everything is just going the wrong direction and when you look at our leaders, is like they make their minds that, immediately he or she has the chance of being a leader or president, their families are now free from poverty which shouldn’t be the case.
So our leadership style in Africa is just bad.

Now, I will like to talk about the main agenda which is;

Discuss the current state of the country

I’m a Ghanaian.
And when you look at our current state hmm in fact, you will really feel pit for us.
Everything In my country right now is very bad,
Example, cost of living is high, fuel prices keep increasing everyday, prices of food and everything keep on increasing each and everyday. Which shouldn’t be the case.
And when you take a look back of my country’s history on economy, we never had such a bad economy.
Years back, my country was the most peaceful country in west Africa and also, we’re one can come do business and end up make up normal profits.
Here is the case, we don’t even understand what is happening now, the peace is no more there.
I’m saying this because, people are suffering up to the extent that, they don’t care about we’re and what they will do just to make money.
There is survivor of the fittest.
Let’s look at our unemployment rate In my country.
There are millions of under graduates sitting at homes without jobs.
And all this unemployment when we are look back, it wasn’t like that at First.
But our current government is ruling us like salves.
In face he don’t care about we the followers.
What ever he want to do, he always do without consulting his parliamentarians.
He don’t create new jobs for we the followers and when we complain, he won’t even mind us.
Currently, he always says the country don’t have money but when his to travel for a presidential meeting, he will rent a private jet 🛩 which is cost millions of dollars and when we are to convert the money into Ghana Cedi, it can creat jobs for thousands people.
So currently, my country is really in a bad state and everyone who happens to be in my country now, be it a citizen or a foreigner , everyone complains.
And as I’m talking now, the government and his ministers and all the leaders of my country, there are not helping us at all.

What are the Various issues that need to be addressed by the government?

There are a lot of issues that need to be addressed my the government but I will just highlight on some of the issues.
And below are some of the issues that need to be addressed my the government;

• Our economy
• Un employment rate
• Security

Our economy: for people to always happy about government, unless the economy is good.
So the Main issue that need to be addressed is our economy.
Our economy is so bad up to the extent that, everything keep increasing everyday.
Let’s come to look at our fuel prices, it keep increasing everyday and I know a lot people who stop to use their cars, motorcycle, etc just because they can afford to keep buying fuel.
Moreover, the cost of leaving in our country right now is also hard.
People are starving due to the increase of everything In the country.
Our economy is really an important the government should pay attention to.

Un employment rate: this is really one of the biggest issues in my country the government should pay attention to and addressed that issue.
A lot of young people and young graduates are sitting at home without jobs.
Due to the un employment rate, young people are not happy with the government at all.
And also we the students too are not happy because we also believe that immediately we complete with our degree, we are also coming to sit in the house.
So Due to that, young guys and ladies are into bad something just to make living for themselves easy.
They don’t even care the consistency behind it, they are just interesting in the money.
Some ladies are in to prostitution and some guys too are in to criminal act. So imagine girl into prostitution and consistency is too much and very bad.
So the un employment rate is something the government should pay attention to and also addressed.

Security: one of the important thing the government should pay attention to is the security in the country. They are a lot of things happening in the country due to In security in the country.
So the government should employ young guys into our security sector so that with their youthful age, they can control our security affairs in the country.

Do you think there are better ways things can be done differently for rapid change?

There are some many ways the government can follow to make a rapid change in the country.

The government can make a rapid change in the country by creating more jobs for graduates who are sitting in the house.
And with that, it will reduce to un employment rate in the country.
Another great way the government should follow to make a rapid change is Our economy
The government should pay attention to our economy which is every very important.
I think it we have a good economy, there will be a rapid change in the country.
Last but not least is that, the government should also take a look at the corruption and bribery in the country. A lot of ministers and leaders are corrupt.
And give chances or jobs to people they know or their family members and friends not to those who are qualified for that job opportunity.
So think if the government had pay attention to above mentioned points, i think it will help in the rapid change in the country.

Conclusion

Sometimes is very sad with you look at our leadership style in Africa or our ministers and all government appointee’s how they rule us. Is very sad. If you don’t know a big man, then forget.
You can never have a job.
Even if You have the qualifications, there is no way you can have the job since you don’t know any minister or a big man.
And I think with the above mention points, if the government should pay attention to some of the things I have mentioned with the comes to rapid change, I will really help to bring a rapid change in the country.
