When talking of cuisines, Cameroon is the country with the most varied and good cuisines in the whole of West Africa. What makes this so strong is as a result of how French legacy had a strong influence by making cuisines to vary region by region and tribe by tribe. In Cameroon, we have a very large common one-course evening dish across the entire regions and this common dishes are usually made out of either, millet beer, rice, potatoes, yams, beans, corn, plantains, palm wine, cassava.
