To do any business, industry, establishment, college, office, school, or any small work, the intellectual skills of an individual, group of individuals, are required.

Whose skills and practical approach produce appropriate and effective results at that workplace.

As we constantly try to move forward with our intelligence and skills on Steemit, we sometimes get ordinary and sometimes unimaginable results.

In your opinion, what do you think a skill is?

In my opinion, the skillful overall efforts made by an individual to effectively run the industries and businesses of any country and the strategies used to achieve the desired results are called skills.

With these character traits and skills, any work can be done with financial success. In today's modern era, new skills and abilities are being born. Mainly a successful person should have many skills but some skills are very essential. As:-

Creativity- Being creative allows us to look at challenges in a new way and create resourceful solutions. Creative thinking also helps us solve complex or abstract problems.

Adaptability: Our adaptability can improve our ability to accept and respond quickly to changes. This helps in completing new tasks more efficiently. Accepting and adjusting to different viewpoints is a highly valuable skill

Coordination: Coordinating efficiently in planning any work can increase productivity and reduce errors. Being able to work well with others also helps strengthen our conflict management skills.

Initiative: Assessing situations and taking decisions without anyone else's advice improves our performance at work. Taking initiative shows our confidence in being able to resolve situations independently.

Patience: Some tasks require multiple steps and frequent changes, so being patient gives us time to properly consider our options and helps us focus while completing the task.

Persistence: We need to focus on being persistent when overcoming a challenge. Having perseverance keeps us working towards achieving our goals.

In your country, is a skill or skills needed for daily survival, or is not needed?

A person from any region of any country always needs some skill to earn his living, be it home, family, or workplace. That is why we also have to use many intellectual skills for our all-round development, to run our family, home and work.

The efforts that even a moderately illiterate person makes to support his family can also be called a skill.

Tell us some skills in your country that are so resourceful.

At present in our country the skills of mechanics, science, space science, etc. are in a highly developed state. Apart from this, subjects like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Stack Development, Data Science and Analytics, Experience Design, Digital Marketing, Blockchain Development, Graphic Designing are being taken seriously and new experiments are being done on these every day.

What skill do you wish to learn and why do you want such a skil.

As I keep informing in all my previous articles, I had taken voluntary retirement from the post of a government administrative officer to do business. And I am doing online trading of surgical instruments and items.

I just want to reach new heights by learning new marketing styles petrons and and understanding new intellectual skills and trends in online working field .

We have a saying in the country “करत करत अभ्यास के जड़मत होये सुजान” i.e. practice makes a man perfect. And I am doing this prectice to get my goals regularly.
