En la vida siempre tomamos a una persona como modela no importa en que campo estemos bien sea en los deportes , en la parte musical ,en el trabajo la importancia de seguir a alguien es nuestra referencia para ser mejor en lo que hacemos es necesario que existan personas que nos motiven a seguir adelante .
Cada uno tenemos un modelo quiero decir que esa persona es un ejemplo para nosotros asi fomo lo han sido nuestros padres en nuestras vida en la laboral tambien existe alguien que sobresale en muchas cosas .En este concurso hablare sobre un persona que desde que inicie en la plataforma me ha ayudado y apoyado en varias cosas y sin conocerme muy bien me ayudo a crecer en la plataforma eso habla muy bien del ya que son pocos que hacen un gran gesto de ayuda.
¿Qué entiendes por la palabra "modelo a seguir"?
Este concepto es muy importante en nuestra vida ya que la inspiracion es parte de la vida y te ayuda avanzar la palabra modelo es alguien que es un ejemplo a seguir por supuesto es una persona que da frutos en la vida y que podemos conocerla gracias a su aporte en la vida . Obviamente que somos seguidores de esas personas que dan concejos buenos y te orientan hacer la cosas bien , mi modelo a seguir es una persona respetuosa y tiene mucha humildad es muy tratable eso es lo que me ha hecho sentir.
¿Quién es ese Steemian especial que admiras y tomas como tu modelo a seguir, y por qué?
Mi steemian especial es el amigo @frafiomatale administrador de una comunidad deportiva llamado woxsports , este amigo lo considero asi me presto su ayuda en la plataforma cuando inicie mas o menos 3 o 4 meses ,muchos comentarios positivos me hice algunas correcciones para mejorar en la plataforma ,me explico los codigos de markdown por medio de una publicacion que hizo mi admiracion por el amigo @frafiomatale es la manera que realizas su publicaciones parece la de un periodista deportiva agregando que tiene mucha creatividad al momento de diseñar alguna imagen para la publicacion
Para mi es un modelo a seguir porque me gudta innovar y hacer publicaciones tipo revistas que ayuden a innovar dentro de la plataforma existe una anecdota sobre mi amigo @frafiomatale y yo ,Y es que al inicia de entrar en la plataforma no tenia muchos SP ya que no sabia que no tenia que comentar tanto y publicar se me dificulto hacer una publicacion y me salio en la parte de abaji me salio que no tenia credito y que debia tener mas steem power y converse con mi amigo y me delego 100 SP para publicar y avanzar en steemit creo que muy pocos hacen eso gracias a el vamos camino a los 700sp
¿Cuáles son las cuatro cosas que te inspiraron a que te gustara tu modelo a seguir de Steemit?
Las cuatros cosas que me inspiraron fueron:

La humildad: Es una de la cosas que deben tener el ser humano mi amigo @frafiomatale la tiene ya que me recibio como si fuese un familiar me dio la bienvenida a la comunidad cuando me presente.
Respeto:Mi modelo a seguir jamas se porto su trato fue irrespestuoso al contrario es amable y muy educado los comentarios que me hacia era para motivarme o mejorar eso hace un verdadero lider se gana la gente con respeto.
Trabajador: Desde que entre a la comunidad y el unico que estaba trabajando era el ,ha querido levantar la comunidad y mediante sus publicaciones se nota el compromiso que tiene con su trabajo y la comunidad siempre leo sus trabajos y son excelente para mi este es el modelo qie debemos de seguie con respecto a nuestro empleo
Honesto : Es un hombre honesto ya que me ayudo a mejorar y jamas me pidio nada a cambio por publicar un concurso a la comunidad o por prestarme mls SP gran ser humano digno de seguir sus pasos.

Una de la cosas que quiero aprender en steemit es manejar mas la crytomonedas y participar en la Cryto academia y mi modelo a seguir en eso es @fredquantum se ve que le gusta las crypto y para alla yo quiero ir pero poco a poco se que vamos aprender mucho mas .

My role model is a respectful person and has a lot of humility, he is very easy-going, that is what he has made me feel.
Who is that special Steemian that you admire and take as your role model, and why?
My special steemian is the friend @frafiomatale, administrator of a sports community called woxsports, I consider this friend to be that way he helped me on the platform when I started more or less 3 or 4 months ago, many positive comments I made some corrections to improve the platform He explained the markdown codes to me through a publication that made my admiration for my friend @frafiomatale. Humility: It is one of the things that human beings must have, my friend @frafiomatale has it since he received me as if I were a family member, he welcomed me into the community when I introduced myself.
Respect: My role model never behaved his treatment was disrespectful, on the contrary, he is kind and very polite, the comments he made to me were to motivate me or improve that makes a true leader earn people with respect.
Worker: Since I entered the community and the only one who was working was him, he has wanted to build up the community and through his publications the commitment he has to his work is evident and the community always read his work and they are excellent for This is the model that we must follow with respect to our employment
