SEC15 WK1: Life on Social Media
Today's world is more active in virtual world than the real world. Social media addicted people live around me and I'm also active in social media but for working purpose only. Some people share their personal lifestyle on social media like food habits, clothing and styling but all the people doesn't take it positively and find such content impersonate.
There are many people get jealous with you when they see you having a better lifestyle and having good foods, cloths and happiness that you have in your daily life. Those jealous people become your social media enemy often and try to steal your personal data to harm you. Though there are many positive sides also exist in social media but we need to be careful about sharing life events and personal information.
Do you support that our daily lives should be put up on social media all the time?
Its a big NO from my side because I think we should have privacy that we never share with anyone in social media. Social media is a public place and there we should limit our sharing or else people who suppose to be our enemy can misuse our personal information and can manipulate it to harm us.
I'm against sharing our personal life that can be dangerous for us. We should have limitation on sharing and shouldn't add random people as friend or keep things private as much possible. Social media would be a public place but it also offer us privacy setting option where there we can hide our data or personal information.
Have you ever experienced or seen any case where a person has the habit of showcasing his life on social media and the effects turned out well?
These days social media is offering earn money opportunity by monetizing content so many people forgetting their limit and privacy and making money by sharing personal lifestyle, food habits and daily activities randomly. For money there are many out there ready to compromise their privacy and they all are trying to be social media celebrity.
If someone has no enemy or concern about privacy then he/she can share lifestyle on social media to make money. There are many people using social media for marketing purpose so I think it can be good for many to show their habit or lifestyle though personally I don't like to share or show my face on social media for having privacy concern.
Do you think all the showcase on social media are true?
Most of them are fake because they only share things they allow us to see and reality mostly hidden. Social media often misuse by corrupted people in this world and they mislead people with fake news and information. Trust everything on social media could be folly because now technology is so fast that people can manipulate anything and can share fake things with the help of AI and other tech services.
Do you feel safe on steemit with your information? What can you say about steemit
Steemit is safe for us but still I believe we should have limitation of sharing everything everywhere in this virtual world. My personal information is safe with blockchain because I know what I should share and what I shouldn't. Safety actually on our hand so we can't blame any social media or platform like steemit if somehow our information or data leaked. We should show things in public that doesn't harm our privacy and we can manage having a good personality in this virtual world.

I like your point because you have given important information to protect privacy. We should not share personal things so socially. I think it can often be detrimental. These days I see news, later I hear that it is fake, sometimes enemies do not happen with their own affairs. causes So it is better to stay away from social media. I agree with you that it is better to never share our own personal information on social media. Many of us are not as good as we present ourselves on social media in real life, and seeing these colorful posts leaves many disappointed. This is the part, since the social media is offering a means by which you can earn money, people no longer know their limit, some go as far as leaking their nude video to gain more followers.
It's true that steemit is a safe space, but also we should have limitations.
