Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Today I am going to participate in an interesting contest in the Steem4Nigeria community. Where our competition topic is Worry Doesn't Solve Problems. I totally agree with the competition issue because worry can never solve any problem in people's lives. Rather, it increases our problems in life. Today I will express my opinion on this subject through competition question.

What is the meaning of thinking and is it bad to do it?

Thinking is an inseparable part of our lives. There are no people in the world who do not think about their lives. It is never possible to be free from worry in the various situations of our earthly life. We tend to overthink about anything. Whether it is a good situation or a bad situation. We can never keep ourselves free from worries.

Thinking about something is not bad but it has many side effects. And the worst part of worry is the bad effect it has on health. Due to which we also have the risk of death. So even if we have no chance to be carefree in our life, we can keep calm in any situation without worrying ourselves in our bad times.

Does anxiety solve problems? If yes, why? If not, why?

Anxiety can never solve any problem in human life. I have mentioned earlier that worry or worry can never bring relief in our lives. I have seen many people in my life who have suffered strokes or complex diseases like heart attack due to excessive worry in any situation in their life. Many people suffer from high blood pressure due to anxiety.

Anxiety creates stress in our lives. Disrupts the normal life of people. If a person lives under stress with anxiety for a long period of time, it becomes very difficult for him to survive.
Because people who struggle with anxiety are always at work with a restlessness. So I will say in this case why anxiety can never find a solution in life.

Highlight 3 causes of worrying and 3 consequences of worrying?

Causes of Worrying :


  • Indecisiveness : Many times we get worried when we are going to take any important decision in our life. In many situations we cannot determine what is good for us and what is bad for us. Then in such situations our indecisiveness creates anxiety.
  • Suffering from depersonalization : If a person suffers from depersonalization or has a negative outlook on his life, then he is prevented from living life normally. Because such a person starts feeling guilty in every step of his life. Due to which an attitude of anxiety is created in him.

  • Overthinking of the person : Overthinking about anything is one of the main causes of stress. No matter what happens in our lives, there are many of us who tend to overthink a little bit. They must suffer from anxiety disorders due to excessive thinking.

Consequences of Worrying :


  • Mental exhaustion or fatigue : The first problem that occurs due to anxiety is mental health. Anxiety brings emotional stress to people's lives. Because of which people feel tired for most part of their life.
  • Insomnia : Insomnia problems arise when excessive anxiety consumes a person's life. People can sleep properly at night. One has to stay awake at night with excessive thinking. And due to this insomnia, various health problems arise.

  • Irritable temper : One of the serious consequences of anxiety is irritability. The quality of life of the people is seen to be disturbed due to mood swings.

State 4 solutions to avoid worrying too much

To avoid too much worry I have presented 4 solutions below for your convenience:

  • Avoiding Over-Excitement : Avoiding over-excitement will make it much easier to cure anxiety disorders. Because excess tension creates anxiety disorder in our life which creates turmoil in our life.

  • Adequate Amount of Sleep Required : Adequate amount of sleep is a must in our life to avoid anxiety disorders. I have mentioned earlier how much insomnia is responsible for creating anxiety in people's lives. So we need at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every day.

  • Spending Time for Yourself : We need to give ourselves time to avoid the things that worry us. Its advantage is that mental stress is reduced. Spending the stressful time on yourself will start to reduce the effects of anxiety.

  • Avoid Alcohol : Many times it is seen that people consume alcohol to calm themselves down which is very harmful to health. As a result, we create anxiety in life for the sake of temporary punishment. Because the consumption of alcohol increases anxiety in people many times.
