source
There are situations in our daily lives that we can handle or can not handle. Once we can not solve or manage, we keep thinking and when the thoughts reach a certain level they become worry.
I like this contest because it will teach us how to overcome this disease called worry.
What does it mean to worry and is it bad to do so?
To worry simply means to be disturbed, or to be thinking about unpleasant things that might happen or have happened.
Yes! It is bad to be worried.
Does worry solve problems? If yes, why? If not, why?
source
No! Worry does not solve problems rather it increases problems.
Why because constant worries have a negative effect on human health. For that, it is not healthy and is capable of bringing a person under emotional trauma which may lead to high blood pressure.
Highlight 3 causes of worrying and 3 consequences of worrying.
THREE CAUSES OF WORRYING
The fear of being judged for a crime a person has committed can cause serious worries.
The fear of a bad or unpleasant thing happening that he or she can't control.
Unemployment.
When a person is jobless he or she tends to have difficulties meeting his or her needs and that causes worry. Such a person may be a single mother who has kids to take care of or a father who has too many family responsibilities to attend to.
THREE CONSEQUENCES OF WORRYING
- Heart problems such as heart attack.
- Lost of weight.
Loss of weight can easily be caused by lack of adequate feeding and also stress from worries. - Headache.
State 4 solutions to avoid worrying too much
- Sharing your worst thoughts and feelings with trusted friends as well as family members.
- In times of difficulty, one needs to focus on the solutions to solve the problem, not trying to blame others for the problem.
- One needs to analyze the cause of the worry by trying to know whether the worry is self-invited or is caused by the reality of life. for example, when you worry about what people are saying about your life and then you try to please them and displease yourself. That isself-invitedd worry.
- Exercising regularly, especially in times of difficulty can help manage worry e.g. taking a 15 to 20 minutes walk.
