n these moments, I do a little trio – pray, study, and meditate. It's like a routine where I connect with my inner self. I'm not talking to anyone; it's just me and my thoughts having a little chat.

When I'm in this quiet zone, it's like a switch flips in my brain. The Ideas and solutions I seek start coming up, and I can see solutions to problems I've been struggling with come up to me.It is not just about sitting still or quiet it is about letting my mind wander freely and deeply.

Meditation, in my world, isn't some complicated thing. It is ike going on a mental journey through your mind, closing my eyes, and seeing where my thoughts take me. Sometimes It is surprising how many great ideas show up when I let my mind do its thing.

This whole ritual or process has become my guide helping me through confusing and hard times. It's like having a map that leads me out confusion and frustration and even uncertainty. The power of silence and meditation, when I use them on purpose, becomes a kind of magic potion for my creativity.
