"My Hospital Experience" by @rossnenye
Have you been to a hospital? What took you there.
Yes, I have been to the hospital on several occasions either for treatment, immunisation, visitation or taking a loved one there.
I have been to the hospital on several occasions, but my last visit was when I went to see a course mate that was admitted into the hospital.
Have you encountered any experience,a Good or bad?
Have had a lot of experiences in the hospital, both the good and the bad ones.
The bad experience I had was when my course mate was admitted into my school's medical center. In my school, every student pay for medical bills every session, the bills is included in our school fees but the annoying thing is that any time you go to this medical center and bring out your student medical card, they would tell you that all their medicine are out of stock. They would even ask you to get the drugs from a Pharmaceutical store. Even the commonest drug like Paracetamol they won't have it.
On that very day, the doctor prescribed Intravenous Fluid for my friend but they said that they don't have it. My annoyance was when a woman that is not a student came to ask for the same Intravenous Fluid and they sold it to her and when I asked them, they said that my school fees does not cover that.
The good experience I had was when a woman in labour in my presence gave birth to a bouncing baby girl. The kind of joy and laughter that filled the hospital even made me to forget the reason why I came there in the first place.
Do you believe on every medical results given by a doctor to be true?
No, I don't believe on every medical results given by a doctor until I confirm from other hospitals because the hospital machine might be faulty and also there might be a mistake in the part of the Lab technician.
There was a time my dad went to the hospital and the doctor told him that his sugar level was high, we were all scared because Diabetes is not in our lineage and also my dad doesn't take alcohol often. Later on, we went to two different hospital and they all confirmed that my dad's sugar level was okay.
What mode of treatment would you advise a friend for a solution? A hospital medication or native(Natural herbs) treatment.
I would recommend going to hospital for proper evaluation because native medicine does not have dosage and we all know that taking wrong dosage of medicine can lead to death.
Thanks for reading through, I invite @saintprisca, @richy20 and @akareen to participate in this contest.
