Worker's day is indeed a special and remarkable day for every worker. A day when they are celebrated, appreciated and honoured for their hard work and service towards the country.

WHY DO WORKERS CELEBRATE THIER DAY

Everybody loves and want to feel special. Not to talk of the labourers and workers who give their dedication, commitment and services to their countries. Workers day is therefore an avenue for workers all over the world to celebrate their achievements and also campaign and demand for better working conditions, fair play and decent job opportunities.

It is also an opportunity for workers to get a rest from their usual labour, promote their rights and celebrate themselves.

TO YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING, WHAT IS THE MEANING OF WORKER'S DAY?

Workers day is a day specially mapped out for workers all over the world to officially celebrate their achievement, honour and appreciate their services, efforts and contributions towards their country.

It is a day that is important for every worker. It is a day that lets them know how important they are to us and the country at large. It is a day that makes them know that their services are truly appreciated in this country. Having a special day mapped out in the country, just for workers. Is an act that shows that the country and everyone in it, truly appreciates the efforts of all the workers in the country.

DO YOU THINK WE STEEMIANS SHOULD HAVE A SPECIAL DAY ASIDE TO CELEBRATE? IF YES TELL US THE BEST DAY AND HOW THE CELEBRATION SHOULD BE DONE

It would be very nice if we, steemians would have a day specially mapped out to celebrate our journey and achievements here in steemit. Especially those who have attained a significant level in their amount of steem. It is indeed something worth celebrating.

I think it would be best in the month of July. I choose this month because it is the seventh month in the year which has a significance to steemit because the word STEEMIT is made up of seven letters.

I can imagine the day being very festive in the steemit platform. With everyone being so jovial and happy. With maybe a certain level of steem being curated to all steem user account as a form of appreciation and thank you for our dedication and hard work to the steem platform.

WHAT SHOULD WE DO ON WORKERS DAY

I believe the best thing we should and ought to do in that day is to celebrate workers everywhere. Where ever we find ourselves on that day, we should make sure we celebrate any worker there. Show them love and appreciation for the contributions they have given in the country. We should try to honour and thank them and campaign for better working conditions for all workers.
