It's my pleasure to welcome you all to this interesting blog of mine which I believe will expose and gain knowledge you all. Well, I am so happy to participate in this great contest and also happy to publish this great content into this wonderful community. Once again, I would love to say a big thank you to Steem4Nigeria for hosting such an interesting topic.

Finally, I will make sure that I give a well detailed explanation of all the sub topics and believe it will be incredible and fantastic. I want to invite most of my beloved friends to participate in this great contest, including the following people below. @chukwu10 @vincent100 @goodybest.

What do you think causes people to lose their motivation in life?

Looking at the meaning of motivation According to my own opinion. This can be seen as an act of influencing, advising and also motivating a being to take action on any aspect of life. Also, looking at the world today and how things are, what we really need in others to keep pushing forward is motivation. I would also love to say that any being without motivation or aspirations as no were to go. Motivation helps by encouraging us to keep pushing harder and strive harder no matter the condition.

Well, as humans, we sometimes lack motivation, which in the end, will never bring out any profitable gain but damage some areas. Well, here are things that I really think are responsible for my lack of motivation in life

• LACK OF UPHOLDING ONES PATIENCE:-

Yeah I really think this is really one of the major things that causes the loss of motivation in life, because one patience stands as a steady hope assuring him / herself that such goals will be achieved in a space of time. So we all can see that, without such patience, there is nothing like motivation

• LOSING ONES PURPOSE IN LIFE:-

This is also the major challenge we all face in the world today. Before you can discuss or get to know about motivation, you must have purpose and ambition in life which you really want to achieve. So, losing such purpose due to some circumstances will totally hinder such motivation and give no profitable benefits in return

Have you been discouraged or depressed before? How did you handle it

Yeah, I was once discouraged and depressed in life. This happened when my father died. I thought that it was the end of the world . I was totally discouraged and also depressed, thinking that my journey in life had ended . There was no more motivation to push further, no passion and I was really discouraged. I lost all my purpose in life and could no longer keep up my patience. It was really hard on me because losing my father, who seemed to be my only hope, was bearable for me.

Well, this situation made me discouraged and depressed in life for some time. But I thank God Almighty for seeing me through and being there for me and my family. Well, I pray that such situations should never repeat itself. Also, how I handled such situations was through self motivation, because without motivation I wouldn't have come out successfully of such a bad situation. I started with self motivation, bringing all my lost purpose, goals and also ambition in life, then motivated myself that with patience I would achieve all my purposes and goals in life.

Is self-motivation good practice? Explain

Yeah, self-motivation is really good practice, because with it you can reach to any level in life you desire to reach too. I really prefer self motivation to any other motivation because such practice has helped me overcome bad circumstances in life. Self motivation is one of the best practices that can take you to any success in life, because for you to achieve any success, you must first deal with yourself before getting any external help to backup your strength.

So, with self motivation in the first place, you can use it to push harder, strive to progress even without any external backup. So see self-motivation in explaining can help force out the greatest strength in you in others to achieve any difficult goals that you desire to achieve. So, in conclusion, self-motivation helps in building more confidence in you and gives you full assurance and I believe that you can break into my difficult challenge and come out successfully.

On Steemit what keeps you motivated

Well, looking at this great ecosystem, I have been motivated through seeing many upvote giving to other people, and believing that with patience and hard-working I will one-day receive such votes. UPVOTES and also many other things, like being exposed to many things in the world, making friends and also seeing other newbies fighting to reach my current level really motivate me a lot. And my payer is that all our purpose and goals for the great platform shall be achieved.

Well, another thing that motivates me is my lovely friend. @chukwu10 has not achieved yet due to some circumstances. But when he was here always tired, it is best to see that we both keep increasing in all areas in such a wonderful ecosystem. He is a friend indeed and has stood to be an incredible motivational speaker to me, who through some of his words I have received changes in return.
