Tech Diary Game 9th June, 2022 - Resumed my Course with IT Experience on Google IT Automation with Python.
Hello Steemians, Greetings from Nigeria. I trust everyone is doing great today. I'm here again to share my day with you. I spent the whole day at home working online and taking my online courses. I have been too busy the past few weeks and I couldn't pay much attention to my course. I'm glad that I'm getting better and was able to spend enough time taking my course today. A few months ago, I applied for a scholarship through IT Experience for Google IT Automation with Python.
I took the course to broaden my knowledge in python programming and of course, strengthen my IT experience for potential opportunities in IT. The course covers basic Python, Git and IT automation.
This morning, my alarm woke me up around 5 am as usual for morning prayers. After the morning prayers, I proceeded to a homework out session which included a few press up and push up. After that, I proceeded to Steemit to complete the works I have behind schedule. The problem with the platform affected some of my work and I needed to clear them up.
After working on Steemit for 3 hours, I went ahead to complete the first course on my program which is Crash Course on Python. I already know the lessons, I skipped a lot of lessons to finish up the course on time. The last lesson for the Python crash course is Dictionaries and Lists which I completed in less than an hour. I will be taking the quiz for the topic tomorrow morning before the General quiz on the program.
The course is great for IT specialists who want to stand out and advance their careers in IT. The screenshots below show the topics covered in the course. If you are interested in this course, you can check out IT experience on LinkedIn to apply for the scholarship. I dont think the course is free on Coursera.
After the course, I went back to work on Steemit and also complete the weekly report that is already behind schedule. In the evening, I took some rest while watching the African Cup of Nations qualification match between Nigeria and Sierra Leone. Team Nigeria won the match which put them in the 2nd position on the table. This is the first match of the qualifiers and we are happy to win our first match.
In the middle of the game, I was able to publish the curation team report which we have been working on. I spent the rest of the night online curating posts before writing this diarygame post. I will be going to bed maybe after seeing a movie I downloaded today titled "Hustle".

Taking this courses online can be tiring I guess😂.
I’ve applied for a python course on Edx and I can’t remember the last time I visited the course . Am sure when I go back I will have to start all over again.
It’s a great course you have applied for there and I hope to take a look at it after I finish the one I have taken of course.😅
It takes a lot of determination to focus and complete an online course especially programming related courses. But this IT course is cool. You can check it out.

Never stop educating yourself as far as programming goes. My hubby is one a developer, got his degree in 1992 and till today he still does online courses 😊

That's really great! Am also offering the same course on Coursera but I paused due to lack of adequate data subscription! Meanwhile, I have already completed "IT SUPPORT FUNDAMENTALS" course on Coursera before I start the PYTHON AUTOMATION course.
However, I have an ongoing python programming class on this steemit platform, which I introduced to the platform yesterday. And it is free of charge to participate and acquire this trending skills.
