What does it mean to worry and is it bad to do so?

Worry means the state of not having peace of mind. Worry affects mental health and makes someone to become depressed about his or her life.

A worry is an act of thinking over life issues that leads to having a restless and distressed mind that affects our mental health. A worried person is a person with a disturbed mind who always feels unhappy about his or her life.


Does worry solve problems? If yes, why? If not, why?

Worrying doesn't solve problems when a person with problems is not ready to solve the problems that he or she is worried about. However, sorry makes someone think of a way of solving his/her problem which can become solvable when the person is ready to take action.

Getting worried without making a move to solve your problems can lead you to depression and more worry. A person who is worried about his or her problems should take a step toward solving the problems and not get worried about the problems. Too much worry can lead someone to depression and more problems.

Causes of Worrying

  • Lack of finance.

  • Unable to achieve your goals such as passing the examination, getting a promotion, and a lot more.

  • When something that is Vita is lost. For example losing loved ones in the cool hand of death, losing your hard-earned money.


Causes of Worry

  • The consequences of getting worried over financial issues can lead to committing crimes such as stealing and other type of crime.

  • The consequences of getting worried over the inability to achieve your goals, pass examination, or promotion can lead you to overthink and even more failure and give up on trying next time. You will lose concentration.

  • The consequences of getting worried over the death of your loved ones or loss of money, business, or any vita things can deprecate your body, make you sick, and look tin.


State 4 solutions to avoid worrying too much

The four (4) solutions to avoid worrying too much are:

  • Get closer to God through praying and reading his words.

  • Speak with someone who can give you counsel and better pieces of advice.

  • Don't stay alone, associate yourself with good people around you who can make you happy.

  • Go outside walk around and feed your eyes with happenings around you.
