Hello friends in Steem for Nigeria community it has been a while since I became active in the steem community. This was due to that fact that I needed to fully concentrate with work and school as my activeness here tend to affect other aspect of my life and I needed to strike a balance which resulted to my unavoidable absence from the platform. The truth remains even though I was not physically here my spirit was always here and I had you in mind. Though I missed a lot of contest I am fully back to become active again.

I will be participating in this contest and I am glad to be writing about this topic The Brain Box" Thanks to @steem4nigeria for organizing this contest.

If you are married, would you like your kids to be so smart that they can be referred to as a brain box?

Yes I would like my children to become brain box because the world today does not need dull people to become successful. To be relevant and successful in todays world you need to be smart and productive.
I have a two years old daughter and I want her to become a brain box as she is growing older. She is already intelligent and wants to learn to do everything that comes her way and I am already encouraging her and wants to see her become smarter than her peers which eventually make her become a brain box and this is not only limited to her but to all my children that I am going to have.

What do you understand by a brain box?

The word brain box has various definitions depending on the context. Personally I will define brain box as the human brain which is the central processing unit for thought, memory, decision-making and also have a way of controlling the whole body. If any part of the brain that controls a certain part of the body is faulty that part of the body will not be able to function properly. Also, if the brain is not working well or faulty the whole body is useless. It has the capacity to acquire data and information as well as assimilate knowledge in quantum but are mostly limited by fear. The fear is created by many things such as our environment, religion, culture and norms and believes etc. For instance there is a common adage jack of all trade master of none when someone is trying to explore and learn about many things to function in. For me I do not believe in this adage because it limits and discourages one from developing oneself to become a brain box.

God created man in his own image and He God is the custodian of wisdom and has the capacity to do miracles as well as signs and wonders he has deposited in us the ability to be multifaceted and smarter than any smart gadgets ever built by man himself and such capacity is embedded in our brains. most people cannot use a pitch of the brains some due to laziness, fear and many other things they choose to limit them. Another thing that limits people from becoming brain box is excuses. They have excuse for everything. Another sets of people that cannot become brain box are people that are lazy about learning most especially learning new thing and and adapting to changes.

Every human with fully developed brain has the capacity to do wonders but are mostly limited with fear and the amount of information they expose themselves to. Most people believe that if one get expose to too much information they could become mad, could this be true or a myth? I will say that it is a myth and not true. Exposing oneself to both good and bad information is supposed to make you smarter and more efficient but for the fear of uncertainties or what you where made to believe of or told about most people are limited and they cannot make good use of their brain to become brain box.

Do you have any experience of someone close to you who was so good or is so good with their brains in terms of reading and retention or crafts? Tell us about it

Yes I have experience of someone who is so good with her brains in terms of reading and retention and has become very productive to herself that she was able to come out of a very messy financial catastrophe she found herself two years ago and that person is no other person than my humble self. My situation was so bad to an extent that it affected my mental health and financial status. Note if one claims or is seen to be a brain box that is not productive for his or herself financially then the person is not a brain box. A brain box should be able to be useful and in turn be a source of solutions to peoples problem in multiple ways while making money into his pocket.

I have exposed and subjected my self to so much knowledge that I am knowledgeable in diverse fields in which I am using to make money and help myself as well as solving people's problem. I am still learning to be able to solve many world problems. For Instance, I studied Communication Technology and I am a Teacher, teaching Computer Studies. I go to school in the morning and close by 3pm. I am a business woman who also sell crayfish in the evening market at Akpan Andem Market. I studied Business and Entrepreneurship and I am using it to make money.

I am also a blogger on steemit solving people's probelm by sharing knowledge and I am also being appreciated with steem. I just concluded a training on Data Analysis and Visualization and I am currently going through a scholarship training on Software Engineering which I am working on a project that will create a smart waste management and recycle bin that will help people make money while disposing their waste in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. I want to make people see their waste as wealth and stop indiscriminate disposal of waste which has littered our environment and degraded or ecosystem exposing us to diseases and causing health hazards. This project will help people take the responsibility of proper waste disposal and provide us with a healthy environment while I will be making money as well.

How do you think a person can improve themselves to become a brain box?

To become a brain box do the following:

• Expose yourself to as much information as you can gather, whether you understand it or not stop doubting yourself. "study to show yourself approve a work man that needed not to be ashamed but rightly dividing the word of truth".

• Stop being afraid (God gave you the spirit of oldness and of sound mind).

• Learn new things and unlearn old things.

• Learn to adapt to changes and be open to learn new things.

• Learn to discover things yourself and stop stopping at what you where told.

• Above all learn to solve problems and make money from the solution you offer.

In conclusion stop limiting yourself to excuses and develop your knowledge base to become a brain box.
